Dear Investor,
When investing in Mutual Funds, having correct information, transparency, and
awareness is not just an option, but your fundamental right. As an AMFI
Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD), our primary duty is to protect your
interests and provide you with accurate information.
Under the AMFI Master Circular 2026 and the latest SEBI guidelines, we are
committed to ensuring that you have full access to all information related to your
investments. You can request a detailed breakdown of the documents and
information listed below from us at any time:
1. BASIC INVESTMENT DOCUMENTS (SCHEME INFORMATION & RISK)
SID, SAI & KIM: The Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional
Information (SAI), and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) act as the 'constitution' of
your investment. They contain full details regarding the fund's Investment Objective,
Asset Allocation, Fees (TER), and statutory information.
Risk-o-Meter & Risk Factors: As per SEBI regulations, every scheme features a
Risk-o-Meter that is updated on a monthly basis. Before investing, it is your right to
check whether the scheme's risk matches your personal 'Risk Profile'.
Scheme Performance & Factsheets: We provide you with the historical
performance and portfolio disclosures of the scheme. (Please note, past performance
is not a guarantee of future returns).
2. DISTRIBUTOR TRANSPARENCY & COMMISSION
Registration & Code of Conduct: You can ask for the details of our AMFI
Registration Number (ARN) and a copy of the applicable AMFI/SEBI MFD Code of
Conduct (2026), which ensures that we do not engage in any unethical sales
practices.
Commission & Remuneration Disclosure: With complete transparency, you can
ask for details of the trail commission earned by us on all Regular Plan Schemes that
we recommend to you. Under AMFI 2026 rules, we are obligated to share the
commission structure received from various AMCs.
Affiliation & Conflict of Interest: If we have any special association or commercial
interest with any AMC, it will be clearly disclosed to you before giving any investment
advice.

parameters (e.g., rolling returns, risk ratios) we have chosen a particular fund for your
portfolio.
4. YOUR SECURITY & PRIVACY (INVESTOR PROTECTION)
Grievance Redressal: If you have any complaint against our services or the AMC,
an escalation matrix is available. We assist in fair grievance redressal through the
